Backwards workflow

What do you like best? Clicks, Views, Open analytics are the best features of SL. What do you like best? The automation and dynamic fields. Recorded calls. And of course how it syncs with Salesforce. What do you dislike? Sometimes calls are dropped, but other than that - everything is great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Dropped calls is the only problem I run into.

Great tool for sales outreach efficiency

What do you like best? Easy to setup a cadence and automate prospect outreach instead of working through tasks individually. What do you dislike? Not much to complain about. The import mapping needs to be setup with direct people import rather than integration with tools like Zoominfo. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Small sales team, huge outreach and activity. Takes the place of needing a large SDR team.

What do you like best? Salesloft not only makes it easy to keep all outreach and prospecting organized, it also lets you see when prospects open your emails. What do you like best? Dialer that logs to SFDC - saves a lot of time, and you don't have to log your notes as manually. What do you dislike? Dropped calls, connection issues, support quality has slipped since start of product.
