What do you like best? Easy to use and you don't have to copy and paste a campaign email or list because it is all stored int he software tool. Once you send out a campaign you can see exactly who opened your email, who clicked, link with them on LinkeIn directly from the tool.. unbelievable! What do you dislike? Cadences, very helpful with keeping things on shched and organized What do you dislike? sometimes it is glitchy with the CRM (gmail/SFDC)- it disconnects or freezes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? effective outreach and knowing if/when the prospect is seeing messages
