What do you like best? The ability to quickly segment and put together a cadence, track progress, steps, responses, replies, and the ability to easily view analytics and access call recordings. What do you dislike? The process for adding accounts from SFDC to SalesLoft can be a little cumbersome, but it's easy to do. I also sometimes get frustrated when I need to revise steps in a cadence but every member is listed as 'Completed' even though I want to add more steps to complete. ...

Great system on a upward trajectory
What do you like best? One of the biggest challenges I had before SalesLoft was consistency in my outreach to prospects in my accounts. I would usually try leads for about a week (maybe 2) before moving on to the next account. SalesLoft helps me to manage consistent outreach to prospects over time using their Cadences. Cant work without it
What do you like best? easy UI, lots of functionality, good integrations. What do you dislike? I wish that uploading someone into salesloft automatically updated/uploaded them into salesforce. I also wish the logic for cadence responses/views/conversations could be more customized. Salespro's automated marketing tool kit
What do you like best? Allows me to set up campaigns for different types of prospects and drop them into lead funnels and have my SDR's do the leg work, while the leads rollll in What do you dislike? Have to have a primary CRM in order to leverage it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Superior cadences over Outreach!
What do you like best? I really like SalesLoft's ability to create sequences with testing/variations and the feedback. It is much easier to use over Outreach for real time feedback. What do you dislike? Not sure about their calling functionality since we never used it for calling and analyzing. Seems also not as scalable and easy to integrate into systems like Outreach does. What do you like best? THE PROS: SalesLoft makes it easy to manage a funnel of leads by allowing the user to create multiple cadences for a variety of different purposes. One of the best things about Salesloft is that you are provided with metrics that allow for you to estimate how far a lead is down the sales funnel to become a low hanging fruit. Terrible customer service, bad UI and very buggy
What do you like best? It can be a powerful system for sales outreach, but there are way to many bugs and their CS team is virtually non-responsive. What do you dislike? The dialer is terrible. If you use it from home, be sure to double check the quality of the connection. Even strong internet connections have issues with serious dropouts.
