Easy to create cadences, great UX and UI, integrates with all of the tools I use.
What do you like best? The user experience is great. Salesloft makes it easy to create cadences, copy cadences, and import contacts. What do you dislike? Better deliverability of emails. Not sure if this is our companies issue because we're required to include a link at the bottom of our emails to "opt out." Recommendations to others considering the product: Try a free trial. Great tool, organized and connected
What do you like best? Managing a cadence through Salesloft is much better than managing through tasks on a CRM, etc. Keeps steps very clean, simple to use. Connects with CRMs, easy to push/update leads from one platform to another. What do you dislike? The design/user experience could be tweaked in some aspects; when searching a lead within Salesloft and want to edit/add to a cadence, some of the buttons could be a bit more intuitive for example. The best tool on the market for Sales outreach
What do you like best? I like the ability to track who opens your emails and who clicks on your links, also knowing the location and device is super useful! I have used it as an SDR where I was running outbound campaigns heavily and the app was easy to use and giving you the possibility to customize your emails in an easy way. Usefull, easy and available support
What do you like best? The thing I like the most is may the automation rules which allow many things between Salesloft and your CRM. If you link the fields it could update your CRM depending on the behavior of your lead. What do you dislike? Few things like : you can't modify the sentence to opt out. A better way to find opportunities
What do you like best? I like the tight integration with SF, allowing us to track prospects throughout the entire cadence. Before SalesLoft, we would reach out to prospects a few times and then they would slip through the cracks. What do you dislike? It would be extremely helpful if we could view more company data on the person detail page. Cant work without it
What do you like best? easy UI, lots of functionality, good integrations. What do you dislike? I wish that uploading someone into salesloft automatically updated/uploaded them into salesforce. I also wish the logic for cadence responses/views/conversations could be more customized. Salesloft is - in short, the single most powerful tool we've used to date.
What do you like best? Hands down the customer service and response speed. What do you dislike? Theres not much to dislike about Salesloft so far. Recommendations to others considering the product: Trial it out against Outreach or Lightning Dialer, or whoever you're using.
