I like how you can listen to every call and share the best ones with the team for learning. I also like the feature where we can leave a comment on any call specifically.

What do you like best about Salesken? I like how it lets me know what the parents thought about the product based on the team’s calls and get insights on their pitches. It also provides me with a detailed report which includes the team’s efficiency, overall on insights, which can be filtered on an individual basis to get more clarity.

What do you like best about Salesken? Works well with our telephony software and gives us call recordings and intelligence on the conversation went. The emotion detectors in the call are very useful. The ability to see what made the customer happy or sad - is great information to use for improvement of our calls.
