What do you like best about Salesken? It helps tackle objections and concerns about price, functionality and competitors with the help of real time cues. I like how you can listen to every call and share the best ones with the team for learning. I also like the feature where we can leave a comment on any call specifically.

What do you like best about Salesken? I like how it lets me know what the parents thought about the product based on the team’s calls and get insights on their pitches. It also provides me with a detailed report which includes the team’s efficiency, overall on insights, which can be filtered on an individual basis to get more clarity.

What do you like best about Salesken? Works well with our telephony software and gives us call recordings and intelligence on the conversation went. The emotion detectors in the call are very useful. The ability to see what made the customer happy or sad - is great information to use for improvement of our calls.

What do you like best about Salesken? We usually tend to deal with high value customers, I like how the tool provides us with a detailed pipeline report for every prospect along with semantic and emotional signals and helps us qualify leads based on their intent.

What do you like best about Salesken? The fact that I can make a call and go back to it later to see if I missed something the customer said. I also get transcripts of calls I can add to my CRM for my management to see.
