"amazing crm tool"

What do you like best? The best thing about the tool is it's amazing integration tools and also the functionalities which makes our work easy and reduces timeline. What do you dislike? "Yep, it's Salesforce. Can we live without it now?"

What do you like best? While I did not like Lightning at first, I guess 5+ years later is has grown on me. I like the flexibility. I like the communities platform functionality. Process builder works well. Still not the best sales platform, but it is obviously so much more that it's central to just about every part of our business. What do you dislike? Reporting still has some quirks, but I haven't run into them in a while. I mean, complexity is just a part of the package, but that doesn't ...
