What do you like best? It is helpful in creating projections, keep track of all the account related activities. What do you dislike? Sometimes, it will show the same data again and again. You've to refresh it multiple times to get the correct data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ability to customize every aspect of the system. Salesforce is best of breed and every 3rd party application has an integration it seems. What do you dislike? There are some limitations with certain reporting features. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales adoption of CRM (single source of truth) - every app has a salesforce integration making it easy to log activities within the system without disrupting daily workflow

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to search within SFDC. It doesn't make you have a full city or person's name, so it's convenient if you're searching and aren't sure what state or province a city is in. What do you dislike?
