"Best CRM available"
What do you like best? Lot of customisation available using apex classes and the generation of reports using Einstein is excellent. What do you dislike? It's a tad costly for small businesses and affordability kicks in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Entire sales cycle and conversion process can be tracked easily. The community cloud is used for building a custom website.

What do you like best? The CRM is very robust and there is alot of customization to the platform What do you dislike? There was a pretty steep learning curve to the platform, but overall, it wasn't too bad Recommendations to others considering the product: Great platform, make sure that all users receive adequate training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Coordination between Sales and Marketing Teams. Worked out great!

What do you like best? "User friendly tool"
What do you like best? Salesforce makes life so much easier for keeping all information in one spot for my candidates. What do you dislike? Every so often there are some slowing within the system. Almost as if it is in overload mode. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to fill candidates to job orders and also having all documents (resumes) uploaded to their files.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to access everything and find what exactly you’re looking for without having to go to FAQs What do you dislike? I dislike that sometimes information does not load, or it closes down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work with creditors so it’s beneficial to look like up all financial information on one main screen instead of several different programs.
