What do you like best? What do you like best? It is very user friendly and serves my purpose of CRM. Plus can have n number of integrations. What do you dislike? nothing to be disliked as the CRM is beautifully designed for user friendliness What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My sales team is on a single platform to approach deals and it helps them perform better. The major benefits are that all deals are separately aligned and no agents can work on each others deals.

What do you like best? Sales force is very versatile when it comes to viewing information and data. What do you dislike? The overall general layout. But one can over look this with the versatility highlighted above. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems at the moment. A great way to keep an abundance of information easily accessible.

What do you like best? The ability to create reports and categorize clients. What do you dislike? No ability to link email to CRM for auto-tracking. What do you like best? Salesforce CRM makes it super easy to search for contacts by any feature including name, phone number, email, birth date, etc. It is super easy to keep track of both prospects and clients and we love using Salesforce for our sales pipeline.
