What do you like best? Easy to use and easy to maintain my accounts What do you dislike? I don't like the notes area and attachments location. they are at the bottom of the page What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? the problem of communication. It helps keep me organized and helps me communicate effectively with my coworkers so that we are all on the same page.

What do you like best? Salesforce is very customizable for every business need. I check my open tasks everyday and that helps me stay on task at work. I can also see what others are doing by the task report so I can make sure they are on task as well. What do you dislike?
