What do you like best? Primary advantage with Salesforce is with the cloud based platform , can be easily customizable with in short time without any infrastructure. "All your deals and data under one roof"

What do you like best? The best thing about Salesforce which I like is the self explanatory user Interface which helps user to understand new things and the reports and dashboards. What do you dislike? It is bit slow when I build reports and sometime it fires new cases when someone reply on the same case trail. "a huge platform with unending capabilities but way to geeky"

What do you like best? nothing...is too geeky even for an IT-pro What do you dislike? The name Salesforce speaks for itself but implementing and using the platform will need lots and lots of setups, configs, etc. Actually the company will have to hire a specialist just to make this run. Make sure your profit from using SF will be higher then the costs to have it... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? none

What do you like best? Exporting a report in terms of desired datapoints is quite fascinating. What do you dislike? Sometimes server issue can ruin your whole day if you are totally rely upon this.
