What do you like best? I like that salesforce makes an effort to prevent overlaps and dual entries in data. It also tracks data well from long and far. What do you dislike? This platform could be less clunky and more icon driven. The methods required to make certain searches can also be counter-intuitive. What do you like best? It is almost endlessly configurable, a blessing and a disadvantage. You can either remove the standard from the box configuration and work with it, or use custom fields, allowances, profiles and code to extend it. What do you dislike?
