What do you like best? This is an excellent platform - great to track a sale from point zero to on-going support afterward. the great thing is having the ability to access the information from anywhere at any time. again this is great to track a sale since you will have all the information about the product/service sold, how sold it, who bought it and everything. you can adjust what information you want to show divided by the departments that will interact with it. "Everyday Software for your Business"

What do you like best? Salesforce allows me to have everything for my business set in one program. I am able to add notes for co workers to see, update files, send out emails, and even can send documents through docusign for clients to sign. Another thing i love about Salesforce is that I am able to set tasks for my employees and I am able to track whether they have or have not fulfilled those tasks. What do you like best? Robust. Easy to use and navigate. Analytics that is given are great and easy to access. What do you dislike? Wish the integration with other platform was easier. What do you like best? I like that salesforce makes an effort to prevent overlaps and dual entries in data. It also tracks data well from long and far. What do you dislike?
