"ZocDoc Salesforce User"

What do you like best? We literally run our whole system through salesforce. I like that it is easy to navigate once you learn how to use the system What do you dislike? It crashes a lot and we have to logout and change our password, but that doesn't happen all the time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems are the glitch occasionally, but benefits overall is that it allows for us to use the system in a very smooth way!
