"Gets the Job Done"
What do you like best? It syncs well with Outreach which makes the sales operations (analytics) work that much easier to do. It also saves time since we do not have to worry about bringing info over from one platform to another. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. What do you like best? I like that it has the capabilities to hold so much valuable information and has multiple ways of looking at data, especially in the non profit sector it is nice when you have to track donors, volunteers, event attendees, etc. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is very easy to use, very organized and simple. Tracks a lot and saves emails as well. What do you dislike? THe quoting functionality is a bit limited to modifications. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is cloud based hosted solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? From usability point of view , it is really very quick, intuitive and has all the capabilities to meet your CRM expectations with well designed features. I've used most of the tools for many years but those can't beat Salesforce . That makes getting information more reliable. What do you dislike?
