"Gets the Job Done"

What do you like best? It syncs well with Outreach which makes the sales operations (analytics) work that much easier to do. It also saves time since we do not have to worry about bringing info over from one platform to another. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike. I do not use it as much as the sales ops team does, so it doesn't bring me as many benefits, but it still works well. Recommendations to others considering the product: It works great along side Outreach for tech ...

"SalesForce is a powerful platform"

What do you like best? SalesForce is robust. It has a lot of information and processing capacity. With this CRM many ideas and processes can be included to make business management more efficient. It is something that requires dynamism, not only from the companies that demand a CRM but from the sales team where the ideas of the plans for that company are coming from. That means that a large capacity web application is needed. As is SalesForce, full of capabilities. What do you dislike? Its ...

"SalesForce is a CRM that has a lot of functionality"

I really like the functionality it has because it can be used practically from any place and equipment that is at hand. SalesForce is a complex web platform because of its many functions, but it works very well both from the browser and from a mobile phone. This functionality is one of their best management weapons to defend the company from dissatisfied customers. What do you dislike? Sometimes ...

"Great experience"

What do you like best? I like that it has the capabilities to hold so much valuable information and has multiple ways of looking at data, especially in the non profit sector it is nice when you have to track donors, volunteers, event attendees, etc. What do you dislike? I do not like that you can not manipulate the data in a report. A lot of the time I will have to export a report into excel so that I can manipulate there.
