  • Robust reporting and analytics offer detailed insights for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

"Sticking to SalesForce Classic"

What do you like best? It’s use friendly and easy to navigate. Quoting is very easy and we are able to change things at the very last minute. What do you dislike? Lightning version is a nightmare. It’s completely upside down. They eliminated most of the great features from the Classic version. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stick to the classic version. Lightning is a total nightmare What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

"Best of all software that I have used for work"

What do you like best? Almost everything is done by configuration. Very less coding . In other languages if you have to write 1000 line code than in salesforce apex it only required 30-50 line code for the same thing. It is very easy to use. Very user freiendly No database required Everything is stored on cloud What do you dislike? No disikes as such, I enjoy using it a lot. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is one of the best CRM to use . There are many editions that ...

"Experienced SFDC user"

What do you like best? All of my info in one place. My company has tried other softwares for sales like Outreach, but I still work mostly out of Salesforce What do you dislike? I don't like the look of lightning. Always the first thing I do is go back to the classic version. I don't like how it's forcing me to start using lightning, but Im guessing eventually I won't have the option. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's something you have to have. I haven't used any CRM ...

"My SalesForce CRM Review"

What do you like best? Easy to use All my contacts in one place What do you dislike? I'm not on board with Lightening yet. I haven't figured out how to mirror the processes I use in Classic yet. I'm sure they're there, but they're not easy to see. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a well-planned, comprehensive CRM tool that integrates with a plethora of other platforms for management of contacts and activities. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

"Salesforce - The force that Sales need!"

What do you like best? The best part of using Salesforce is the easy collaboration between the cross-functional teams of an Organisation or a Group. In the capacity of an admin and an Ops user it's safe to say, it's very easy to educate your sales team with the best CRM practices they can follow. What do you dislike? Having used it for more than 6 years, I really can't say much on this front. But, probably the affordability factor, more so for relatively smaller enterprises. Recommendations ...

"Versatile product with smooth UI and ease of functionality"

What do you like best? What I like best about Salesforce has been how easy it has been to learn. No formal training required. Just start clicking around and you'll get the hang of it. What do you dislike? I do dislike that sometimes when you enter notes, they do not save as the system refresh does not keep up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Moved away from working request from an inbox which was messy and very difficult to keep straight. I ...

"Robust tool, just requires effort!"

What do you like best? Customization - ability to create custom fields. What do you dislike? The customization/robustness of the tool is almost its own worst enemy. It's really hard to get sales folks to use it at times, and it's easy to run amok and lose organization of processes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking sales outreach + contacts is easier with this tool.

"I love Salesforce! Keeps me on task and it's easy to use"

What do you like best? It's commonly used - I recently changed jobs and it is something that's constant. It's pretty easy to use. What do you dislike? It's easy for the data to get DIRTY. It also is hard that it isn't very standardized across instances. It's good to have options and be able to customize it, but there are almost TOO many options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's easy to integrate with and helpful to keep track of contacts ...
