What do you like best? Salesforce CRM is great at being able to intake requests from our customers and communicate with them, and log those communications. What do you dislike? There is a limit to how many fields you can utilize to categorize different types of requests and issues. This affects what metrics you can report on. "Makes life easier"

What do you like best? It allows our sales team to track and coordinate with opportunities and clients. Without it I can't imagine how our business would survive. What do you dislike? It requires a high training curve at first but once you are in it is fantastic. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking sales, customers, and organizing our distribution.

What do you like best? I like the multiple filters and classifications that provide the user with exact and specific results from information pulling. What do you dislike? Occasionally takes up a lot of bandwidth. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the tutorial course. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love that all my client data is in one place! What do you dislike? Dislike the cost of integrations and connections. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now have the ability for the entire team to see client details in one spot rather than asking 12 different agents that were involved in the sale or support.
