"Great for large companies"

What do you like best? It is quick and easy to use. This is a new program our Org just started, the trainings have been easy and those who have been around longer have said this is a good program What do you dislike? So far I haven't seen any downside, maybe just the quantity of information, which could be good or bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick way to sort through the information needed.

"Good but expensive"

What do you like best? Once you are set up with Salesforce creating dashboards is easy. What do you dislike? Implementation takes lots of time and can be expensive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used Salesforce on an inside sales team at a prior organization. Was very helpful for keeping the team organized.

"Amazing Tool!"

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to navigate and that I can see all of my past activities as well as others. It is very organized and I can specify with great detail what I am logging. What do you like best? Has all of the functionality, analytics and features that you'd need from a CRM. Integrates well with other systems. What do you dislike? Some of the features were complex and hard to use. Recording our sales efforts was unnecesarily time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
