"Great for large companies"
What do you like best? It is quick and easy to use. This is a new program our Org just started, the trainings have been easy and those who have been around longer have said this is a good program What do you dislike? So far I haven't seen any downside, maybe just the quantity of information, which could be good or bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick way to sort through the information needed.

"Salesforce CRM Newbie"
What do you like best? Salesforce effectively manages all of our CRM data as a company. What do you dislike? I hate lightning vs. classic. There was nothing wrong with classic and now lightning is confusing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take a training on it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have over 60,000 customers and we need to be able to successfully store their data.
