What do you like best? Salesforce is the best sales CRM in the business hands down. I cannot imagine my day without Salesforce. It is the first thing I open on my computer every day. I work in an outbound sales capacity so it is awesome to be able to keep all of my data in this CRM. From making dials, to taking notes, to keeping track on my opportunities - Salesforce has it all. What do you like best? The capabilities for Sales Management are endless. I love the ability to track and managers all leads, contacts, clients and deals through all aspects of the sales cycle. What do you dislike? At an organization like mine with 50,000 global associates, sometimes the data can be a bit out dated if not everyone is using it to the fullest like i am. What do you like best? Salesforce is so customizable. I have used at various companies, and it has always been tailored to fit our individual needs. What do you dislike? Because things are so customizable, it can sometimes be difficult to know exactly how to use from 1 company to the next. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? keeping track of prospective customer and their journies through the sales process.

What do you like best? All my prospects, leads, opportunities are in one system which includes notes, attachments, anything relevant to the deal. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Using Salesforce we are able to track all current and past opportunities and activities, as well as planning future activities. Through integrations and automations with other software Salesforce removes a lot of the double entry and manual burden involved in the process.
