"Salesforce CPQ experience for b2b sales"

What do you like best? What’s most helpful is all the data it can hold. What do you dislike? It’s clunky if you have the classic version. It takes a while to load. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get the latest version not the classic What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems is the lagging part, slow. Benefits is it stores all your customer data.

"Salesforce CRM"

What do you like best? Reporting! It's such a customizable tool and the reporting options are endless. What do you dislike? Salesforce Classic can be a bit clunky, but it's what is most comfortable for me. I look forward to switching over from Classic to Lightning in the near future though. The new look is great! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As an educational institution, I am amazed at how versatile Salesforce is. I have used it in the ...

"SFDC user for over 8 years"

What do you like best? The open API and the seemingly unlimited add on options What do you dislike? Their contract tactics, the complex and expensive workarounds for custom applications and their ever increasing costs.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I originally solved route delivery instant uploads to inventory and invoicing.. There are several other things SFDC can solve, the price to value just isnt there for us..

"Large and sometimes complicated, but thorough and the gold standard for CRM"

What do you like best? Salesforce is a great, customizable CRM specific to your needs. As most likely the largest CRM on the planet, there are so many ways to organize buckets of data to a specific workflow that you set. Sure, there are an overwhelming number of features, but based on the layout you decide, whether in production or sandbox, data can be simplified down, tasks can be set, triggers can lead a chain, and overall your data sets can be as simple or as complex as you like. What do ...

"Highly recommend using sales force! Great platform!!!!"

What do you like best? Very customizable platform ! The customer support is absolutely amazing What do you dislike? No complaints really! I would like to be able to learn how to customize things more myself but with the support provided it gets done faster than I would be able to anyhow. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely worth a try, I’ve used others for sales purposes unrelated to this experience and I am looking into switching to them as well as a result. ...

"Easy to use, minor flaws"

What do you like best? The ease of collaboration across companies that all work together. What do you dislike? How some of specifics are hidden and take multiple keystrokes to find. Not always easy to find what you need. Sometimes can be jumpy and the information you are looking for is hidden. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a robust and well known platform. I don't have experience in many other CRM platforms but this does a good job with collaboration. What ...

"The Ultimate CRM"

What do you like best? Salesforce has loads of integrations, and for my current use, all of the workflows seem to make sense. Its a great place to build a book of business. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to edit things in a report view. It would make mass updates so much easier! Recommendations to others considering the product: Find a great Salesforce Admin! Then you should be able to do almost anything you want with it. Don't over do it tho. Keep it clean, consistent and ...
