What do you like best? The best thing about Salesforce is that it integrates with most other technologies. It's generally easy to access SFDC data via API. What do you like best? I love how customizable both the fields and reporting are in Salesforce. What do you dislike? I don't like the user interface. It is clunky and very complex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to manage leads.

"The Ultimate CRM"

What do you like best? Salesforce has loads of integrations, and for my current use, all of the workflows seem to make sense. Its a great place to build a book of business. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to edit things in a report view. It would make mass updates so much easier! Recommendations to others considering the product: Find a great Salesforce Admin!
