"A CRM"
What do you like best? It is great to be able to have so many users and share dashboards across the team. What do you dislike? It might be on our admin end, but we have so many fields that don't seem to be very useful. This makes it difficult to filter sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of activity into accounts and contacts/leads at those accounts. Reporting on key metrics.

Problems is the lagging part, slow. Benefits is it stores all your customer data.

"Easy to use, minor flaws"
What do you like best? The ease of collaboration across companies that all work together. What do you dislike? How some of specifics are hidden and take multiple keystrokes to find. Not always easy to find what you need. Sometimes can be jumpy and the information you are looking for is hidden. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a robust and well known platform. I don't have experience in many other CRM platforms but this does a good job with collaboration. What ...

"The Ultimate CRM"
What do you like best? Salesforce has loads of integrations, and for my current use, all of the workflows seem to make sense. Its a great place to build a book of business. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to edit things in a report view. It would make mass updates so much easier! Recommendations to others considering the product: Find a great Salesforce Admin! Then you should be able to do almost anything you want with it. Don't over do it tho. Keep it clean, consistent and ...

"SFDC user for over 8 years"
What do you like best? The open API and the seemingly unlimited add on options What do you dislike? Their contract tactics, the complex and expensive workarounds for custom applications and their ever increasing costs.. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I originally solved route delivery instant uploads to inventory and invoicing.. There are several other things SFDC can solve, the price to value just isnt there for us..
