"great classic software, good for variety of end users"

What do you like best? It creates good order forms and the order forms are trigger correctly. I never used SF before this job and I got no training but the user interface was easy enough. Salesforce is good for many things and to bridge some gaps until there are solutions. Right now my company use Salesforce as a ticketing system ( create cases). It is easy to create and update my profile. There is a lot of history and everyone can access all information and emails easily. What do you ...

"Best tool to organize your clients and record important information"

What do you like best? Ability to keep organized notes throughout the lifetime of my customers. I can know what stage they are in, see their contract, as well as keep my personal notes about a client that helps me serve them longterm much better. What do you dislike? The layout can be a little confusing. There is a lot on their interface, and if you aren't trained to know where you're going, it may take a little bit to get a full understanding. Recommendations to others considering the ...

"SFDC Review from a 10+ years loyal customer with a good knowledge of all functions and plug-ins"

What do you like best? SFDC is the most powerful CRM, in my opinion. I’ve used others like Microsoft, Polaris, HubSpot…but nothing compares to it. The most helpful things are the possibility to being able to manage the whole database, regardless of the size (the larger, the better!). If you know how to use it well, you will be able to find everything you need (and more - many time I discover data I forgot about or did not notice before) and create groups of people or companies with common ...

"Expensive but worth it?"

What do you like best? If set up correctly, I find the bcc to Salesforce easy to remember & attaches to appropriate account. Easy for sales team & company communications to be captured. I find the reporting function easy to pull/use as well. What do you dislike? As mentioned above, I like the BCC to salesforce vs the email plug-in. Sometimes I use phone, iPad, other computer, and installing into every browser (and keeping it signed in) creates anomalies. The old-school BCC is much ...

"A CRM"

What do you like best? It is great to be able to have so many users and share dashboards across the team. What do you dislike? It might be on our admin end, but we have so many fields that don't seem to be very useful. This makes it difficult to filter sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of activity into accounts and contacts/leads at those accounts. Reporting on key metrics.

"Do Your Homework - Be Prepared with Questions"

What do you like best? Get a license before you sign and do a thorough trial of the features you are most interested in using. What do you dislike? Before you sign a contract, spend some time in the help/training area looking at "Ideas". You will not believe how many intuitive features are not available in the professional edition, or don't come standard. In fact you can search the term "can't believe" from within the Ideas feature and find out how many salesforce administrators are also ...

"Easy to use and powerful follow-up features"

What do you like best? Ease of use, follow-up process is powerful and tracking campaigns is awesome What do you dislike? not much; have to really think hard if I have to say; however I feel the pricing can be revised for Start-ups who are boot strapped. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Campaign tracking, multiple templates for campaigns, opportunity and win loss analysis.

"World No 1 CRM- Salesforce"

What do you like best? Flow and data automation would be the best part of Salesforce CRM. Using the appexchange to connect 3rd party app would give us good result to being on the top. What do you dislike? Sales CRM has limitations on email campaigning tools like mass emailers. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is the most useful CRM where you can get the basic structure of objects and relationship between those objects. The customization of Salesforce CRM is very easy ...
