What do you like best? Very customizable. Can do just about anything that you want it to. The monthly cost is actually not that bad compared to the industry these days depending on the features you need. Integrates with lots of other software. When I didn't like how the setup was going, they let me cancel my account without penalty, even though it was a 1 year agreement. What do you dislike? Setup cannot be done by a layperson.
