What do you like best? I liked that Salesforce is completely customizable as far as fields, accounts, etc. The reporting functionality is AMAZING as well. Some of the best that I've seen for a CRM. I can see what contacts have been touched, past closed lost opportunites and the notes from all of the meetings. What do you like best? The ability to keep everyone informed of everything you can thing if related to sales. What do you dislike? The complexity of this crm made for a very steep learning curve.
