I dislike the new UI as it has meant that simple tasks take many more clicks. What benefits have you realized? I close sales and complete contracts with clients, it is a benefit to have the information at hand

"Very Simple"
What do you like best? Salesforce is much more intuitive than other CRM's I've used in the past (Microsoft and Oracle). Converting leads into opportunities is a snap, and it is very easy to see all necessary info. What do you dislike?
