What do you like best? The ease of use when managing multiple campaigns with opportunities. What do you dislike? I would like to see some enhancement of the mobile version What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to see all activity, the movement through our process. SF has improved the efficiency of our sales and customer support staff.

"Salesforce, a fantastic CRM to help manage and grow your company."
What do you like best? I like using Salesforce the most because of it's user interface and ease in creating custom reports. Our team is able to create custom user views for each role at our company and tailor the user experience so that each user sees the relevant data on each page for their specific needs. "Great. CRM! Easy to use, easy to track everything"
What do you like best? The Salesforce CRM is easy to use, easy to learn and shows you what you need to see at a top glance. Salesforce makes it easy to dive into more information for a deep dive on leads, opportunities or accounts. What do you dislike? I do not. like working with the Salesforce support team. What do you like best? Salesforce CRM allows our business to keep all of our client info in one streamlined space What do you dislike? What do you like best? There are a lot of benefits to using Salesforce. One in particular is its ability to integrate with other software and plugins to host one platform for all your needs. What do you like best? A great platform/tool for integrating it with ON24 and saving Contacts and Account information What do you dislike? Everything is just perfect. What do you like best? Salesforce is much more intuitive than other CRM's I've used in the past (Microsoft and Oracle). Converting leads into opportunities is a snap, and it is very easy to see all necessary info. What do you dislike?
