What do you like best? I like that I can forecast sales and have it automatically populate based on last year's data What do you dislike? I dislike that some actions are uneditable by certain approval parties, making it difficult to implement changes at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Inputting the time spent on my accounts, assessing profitability, estimating sales by quarter, year, month, etc.

"Salesforce, a fantastic CRM to help manage and grow your company."

What do you like best? I like using Salesforce the most because of it's user interface and ease in creating custom reports. Our team is able to create custom user views for each role at our company and tailor the user experience so that each user sees the relevant data on each page for their specific needs. What do you like best? There are a lot of benefits to using Salesforce. One in particular is its ability to integrate with other software and plugins to host one platform for all your needs.
