What do you like best? I like using Salesforce the most because of it's user interface and ease in creating custom reports. Our team is able to create custom user views for each role at our company and tailor the user experience so that each user sees the relevant data on each page for their specific needs. I would like to see some enhancement of the mobile version What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
