"Salesforce CRM - Classic vs Lightning"

What do you like best? In the Classic view, I am able to perform my job. Getting to objects and doing mass updates is easy. The design and flow of all pages and their layouts can be changed easily. I currently have 100% user adoption which is incredible. What do you dislike? Salesforce has rolled out their "Lightning" layout/views. "Extremely detailed software that lets you do just about anything"

What do you like best? The complexity of the software. I can build hundreds of different reports to search for certain prospects and it makes it really easy to find what I'm looking for. I also love the dashboard elements, and feel that it boosts the competition level on our sales team.
