"Extremely detailed software that lets you do just about anything"
What do you like best? The complexity of the software. I can build hundreds of different reports to search for certain prospects and it makes it really easy to find what I'm looking for. I also love the dashboard elements, and feel that it boosts the competition level on our sales team. "Quality Tracking"
What do you like best? Being able to view reports, see tracking of opportunities, leads, and clients. As well as having certain tasks lined up. What do you dislike? Some of the filters can be too much and require some screening. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to find new leads to call on and reach out to for sales.

"I have never used Hubspot or ServiceNow, but Salesforce has always been good to me!"
What do you like best? Salesforce keeps everything organized throughout the customer journey from lead to customer. You can see exactly what happened and if it did and isn't in SF then it didn't happen! So just like anything it is what you make of it. What do you dislike?
