"Salesforce- An Honest Review"
What do you like best? As an analytics guys I love the all the reports that can be made and customized to your liking. What do you dislike? Sometimes the actual software runs really sloppy. There are times where I think it could be more fluid and interrupts my work rhythm. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would highly recommend What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Biggest benefit is using reports to help make my job easier

"Took time to learn, but once you learn the basics very easy to use."
What do you like best? The ability to jump between linked records including accounts, contacts, opportunities, products, and licenses. What do you dislike? Loading times can be somewhat lengthy at times when using lightning. It wasn't as noticeable with SalesForce classic. Recommendations to others considering the product: Salesforce is the most popular CRM for a reason, the ease of use is great and the functionality is unmatched. The CRM can be used across a large variety of teams and ...

"Salesforce CRM Review"
What do you like best? I like how easy SFDC is to use with -- simple to view Accounts, Contacts, Leads and Reports. I also like the Chatter feature b/c it makes it simple to brainstorm on Accounts with colleagues. What do you dislike? I dislike the UI - I think it could be a lot better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving current gaps in the sales accounts we are focused on - by filling in contacts, opportunities and seeing value we ...

"CRM With Seemingly Endless Possibilities"
What do you like best? Salesforce can basically do whatever you possible need it to do, as long as you have the experience (or money for a developer) to customize it What do you dislike? Can be very difficult to customize without developer level knowledge. Search could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Salesforce is how we track all clients, prospects, opportunities, and contracts. I don't know how we would possibly do this otherwise

"Versatile & Powerful. Comes with a price tag... and you'll need support to customize"
What do you like best? Integration. You can pretty much integrate with anything you need to. What do you dislike? It's the world's leading CRM and they say it can do 'anything you need' - but what I don't like is that you'll have to become a salesforce expert, or hire a salesforce expert to make it do what you need it to. It's good as a CRM, but it's not great for automated Marketing ...unless of course you pay for the salesforce marketing cloud (which costs more of course) and even then ...

"Salesforce CRM review"
What do you like best? Saleforce provides a CRM tool with the aspects of a social media platform. Each employee can have their own profile with their own area for entering their sales, leads, objectives etc. This is a great platform for businesses big and small and allows for a lot of connectivity among employees. What do you dislike? Sometimes employees spend more time chatting than they do entering their data. Some employees can get completely off topic and are wasting time and not ...

"Salesforce as a CRM from the perspective of a sales person."
What do you like best? I understand that salesforce.com (SFDC) invented the idea of SaaS and is an incredibly powerful platform that can be used to run almost all aspects of a business. Their eco-sphere is unparalleled and most every company to help you run a business can integrate with sfdc. I like how customizable sfdc is and how it can be trained to do most anything. What do you dislike? As someone who used salesforce for 10+ years and then switched to a competitor it is my opinion that ...

"All in one store for a 360 CRM"
What do you like best? The ability to create customized workflows that are unique for your organization and their API which makes using the data in the CRM much simpler, and the functionality to create reports makes it a comprehensive CRM tool. What do you dislike? Even though the reporting system is available for salesforce it is not as comprehensive as it's peers, additionally, there have been few hiccups when trying to embed various BI tools into salesforce. What problems are you solving ...
