What do you like best? In the Classic view, I am able to perform my job. Getting to objects and doing mass updates is easy. The design and flow of all pages and their layouts can be changed easily. I currently have 100% user adoption which is incredible. What do you dislike? Salesforce has rolled out their "Lightning" layout/views. What do you like best? it is an easy set up and you can manipulate it to your needs What do you dislike? its another client management system to get used to and customize. you use it until your company finds another and have to transfer all your data again.
