"Solid for Sales"
What do you like best? Organization that is unmatched. Everything I need to know about an account or lead (the fact that these are separated is awesome in and of itself) is organized in a way that makes sense. Running reports is easy. Merging accounts is easy. Managing the relationship of parent-child accounts and roles and people is uniquely simple. What do you dislike? Salesforce is just not great for people outside of sales. What do you like best? I love that it holds all of my contacts, tracks meetings, can sync with my email so there isn't duplicate tracking need in Salesforce. I can track all my email counts, look at reports that show me trends, where I stand this time vs last year. Can look at account history, build out customize reports to pull data in a succinct and efficient manner. Also can track sales for commission purposes.
