"Great product with lots of customizations available"
What do you like best? I love that it holds all of my contacts, tracks meetings, can sync with my email so there isn't duplicate tracking need in Salesforce. I can track all my email counts, look at reports that show me trends, where I stand this time vs last year. Can look at account history, build out customize reports to pull data in a succinct and efficient manner. Also can track sales for commission purposes. "Salesforce Essentials - perfect for small/startup businesses"
What do you like best? Ease of use and support during setup makes the product a breeze to install and use. What do you dislike? Sometimes with the breadth of information available in the help section, it can be a little tough to find what you are looking for. What problems are you solving with the product? Reporting has come a long way - but I still find myself having to download to Excel in order to do some tasks that I feel should be built in. What do you like best? Salesforce CRM is fast as it is on cloud also we get to see 180 degree customer details What do you dislike? Multiple tabs open on clicking new links Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend this to all for it is useer friendly and speed. What do you like best? It allows customizations as needed. User friendly. Reporting and dashboard features. What do you dislike? One of the drawbacks is that SF Is not good with reporting and charts. Reporting is not of high standard. It only allows basic reporting. I have used other CRM softwares whose reporting level is of high standard than SF.
