"Easy to use CRM"
What do you like best? Easy to manage contacts, records, meetings & all sales notes. What do you dislike? Transitioning from classic to lightning was tough, but that is more of an internal change issue. Once getting up to speed with lightning, it was great though. More of an internal dislike I guess. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping up with opportunities, contacts & accounts in one place.

It allows me to focus on long term goals rather than trying to keep a daily checklist of what needs to be done. Features to weed out duplicate accounts are also really helpful. What do you dislike? I wish there was more automation available through the emailing system. With the current version, we have ...
