"Innovative. The future of cloud."

What do you like best? No need to maintain own servers. Security. What do you dislike? Some seemingly logical features missing. Voted-on ideas that surpass threshold not reviewed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend if your company can afford it. It is the gold standard of CRMs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Seamless fulfillment and delivery of product.

"Clunky system that is too rigid"

What do you like best? I like the user interface and the graphics. What do you dislike? The system feels very clunky and the system has odd definitions for drop down menus and fields. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider having a dedicated Salesforce coordinator to setup and continually monitor, evaluate, and run the system for your needs. It is not intuitive to work with and takes some getting used to to get it to preform the way you would expect. What problems are ...

"For a popular robust system, it's not a fit for us."

What do you like best? Large integration network, endless functionality, and tons of resources/training available to solve challenges. What do you dislike? Just about everything. The way the data flows is terrible. Requiring IDs for everything rather than updating by matching email address is nonsensical. Pardot is supposed to be the best solution to pair with it and the systems are wildly different and don't speak the same language - Prospects vs. Leads/Contacts. I find the system to be ...

"Salesforce - All-in-one CRM for those that just want to buy something"

What do you like best? The platform is remarkably stable, feature-rich, and fairly customizable. Offers a lot of out of the box functionality that allows development to be expedited. What do you dislike? I most dislike the support for coding development and integation on the platform though this has dramatically improved in recent years. Also the farther you get from "out of the box" functionality the more likely you are to constantly run into Salesforce-imposed limits and rails that force ...

"Customer relation management in the right way"

What do you like best? It is amazing for organizing the whole data. It has been playing a great role in our customer relation management. It is an effective tool that helps us making our relation stronger with our customers. The biggest pro is that it can be easily navigated. Moreover it helps me in watching past activities of others. This CRM I'd very much user friendly. With its organizing capability it gives professional look to my work. What do you dislike? It provides excellent ...

What do you like best? Its full of features, easy access & usable with several partners What do you dislike? Its pretty hard to setup, there not really much features in small plans, our company got a lot of phone calls even after we told the callcenter to stop Recommendations to others considering the product: It is good if you had a audition in how to use it & are good in using it.
