What do you like best? No need to maintain own servers. Security. What do you dislike? Some seemingly logical features missing. Voted-on ideas that surpass threshold not reviewed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommend if your company can afford it. It is the gold standard of CRMs. What problems are you solving with the product? "Clunky system that is too rigid"
What do you like best? I like the user interface and the graphics. What do you dislike? The system feels very clunky and the system has odd definitions for drop down menus and fields. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider having a dedicated Salesforce coordinator to setup and continually monitor, evaluate, and run the system for your needs. What do you like best? Large integration network, endless functionality, and tons of resources/training available to solve challenges. What do you dislike? Just about everything. The way the data flows is terrible. Requiring IDs for everything rather than updating by matching email address is nonsensical. What do you like best? Customizable reports, robust integrations, and streamlined organizational tools. What do you dislike? Can be difficult to navigate if the system has become bloated or unorganized What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to track activity and measure forecasts accurately, as well as provide detailed insight to our sales team about their accounts.
