What do you like best? Salesforce allows for a simple way to keep track of clients. I love that it keeps track of what stages a client is at so I can easily send reminders to those I need to. What do you like best? Salesforce is simple to use and pervasive in the marketplace, and for good reason. They have a very powerful list of potential integrations. When I start my day, the first three things I fire up are email, calendar, and SFDC - SFDC is critical to my business and I "live in it". What do you like best? The platform is so powerful in tracking customer relationships, information, and metadata, yet it is so simple and easy to use. What do you dislike? "Use newer versions of SF!"
What do you like best? Easy to understand the platform and easy to make reports - usually. What do you dislike? Difficulty to update to newer versions with a reasonable price Recommendations to others considering the product: Be careful, they are big and they are good. But be sure you get an actual good deal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Doesnt integrate with other of our systems. Hard to edit fields in the accounts ou in the customer. Low UX

What do you like best? I like its endless customization possibilities. What do you dislike? As a user and not an administrator, I don't have a ton of control over my experience in the system.
