What do you like best? The accounts and leads the maintenance process in entirety What do you dislike? It can become a bit confusing at times when new features are used. Many different unique fields we can capture, such as if our prospect uses an ATS, who their current provider is, how we obtained the lead. This gives us the ability to track what is working for us to obtain clients or similar clients.
