What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? Integration of calls, emails, social media cases all into a single platform is what I like best about SFSC. Ticket creation is seamless, and it's easy to keep a record of cases without any hassle. We use it daily for all our tasks, and it works pretty well. "Very helpful product "

What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? I love that this product is so intuitive to use, it does not require much training. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? It did take awhile to get running smoothly when we launched it but it's been great since. What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? We are using it to allow customer to see what the progress is on their order and service orders as they progress.
