"Allowed us to find some hidden gem customers"
What do you like best about Salesforce Maps? The ability to see our customers not by name, organization name, or even by zip code but instead visually. We didn't realize that we had a number of customers who were located within easy driving distance of some customers we were already planning to meet with and so we were able to add visits to those "hidden" customers.

The heat map is a valuable tool for our ability to communicate our needs and strengths to potential donors, hogh schools and universities.
