"Easy to use; Click staff is always looking to help you be successful in using their software."
What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Ease of use and the support of the Cick staff. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? Using only the Gantt chart you can't determine who the Primary Engineer is. You have to view the search results. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility of jobs Tech's are assigned to. Reduced mileage.
