What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Great organization and lots of features. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? Display is a little confusing to navigate. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Scheduling and taking notes for customers as well as communicating with back office.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? How slow the pages load sometimes, but other than that it’s pretty amazing. What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? I really like the automatic updates from emails and even the news that show up on the dashboard. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? I don't like the fact that you cant FIND DUPLICATES on anything accounts for leads. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? use this as our CRM to keep all customers in one data place
