What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? our sales tems has been using sales force for many years. This has been a great tool to save leads and prospects as well as save appointments and schedule tasks. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? I do not like that I cannot integrate it with my outlook. "A very complete CRM in the cloud and accessible from any platform"
