What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? I like the updated technology and its features. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? I dislike it because I feel like it is too hard to navigate online. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Im using it in dealing with all kinds of financial crisis. I realize two heads are always better than one.

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? From a marketing perspective: Salesforce reporting- provides an easy way to manipulate customer data and find patterns, present customer data, and quickly draw conclusions about where Leads and Contacts are coming from. What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? The warehouse aspect of it. Regardless of when I entered the data, I can access it. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? The support could be better and the reports could be easier to create. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? "Field Service Lightning is great"

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? The thing I like best is the ease of using FSL and navigation once you learn it, which is very easy. It organizes and keeps track of everything your working on and if it's past due and gives you your stats. I use it in my Customer Relations department to keep track and work cancellation cases.
