Event management or Asset Downtime Periods are still not available with Global/Einstein Search. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? FSL is a really impactful tool that lets us get agents to the service locations they need to be at on time and efficiently. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? Territory management can become an issue, but you can design territories so they work.
