What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? I love the idea it portrayed when we went through the demo process as well the work I did with our field service light int architect. What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? FSL is a really impactful tool that lets us get agents to the service locations they need to be at on time and efficiently. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? Territory management can become an issue, but you can design territories so they work. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? We get out folks to the right house extremely efficiently.

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Dispatchability of resources can be integrated with Sales Cloud with relative ease. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? Event management or Asset Downtime Periods are still not available with Global/Einstein Search. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? The need to move from Click and still be able to manage service operations.

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Makes it easy to allocate a rep to a given event, taking into account their schedule, skills, etc... What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Has a flexible and robust scheduling capability for a filed service work force. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? We attempted to leverage field service for an optional scheduling scenario for our sales team but it wasn't robust enough to handle multiple variables.
