What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Mobile app and dispatcher console. Work order management What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? No offline support natively. Dispatcher console not in mobile app What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Our agents go and fix the problems with machines that the customers report. Work order management is great

Having the ability to connect with multiple customers API requires a lot of time from service delivery. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? We attempted to leverage field service for an optional scheduling scenario for our sales team but it wasn't robust enough to handle multiple variables.
