What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? The ability for a manager to redirect work. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? That even that is a very friendly tool for managing, people resistance to change is still the same. I would not say that it is a Field Service problem. What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Its awesome to see some amazing features coming in for flow What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? So we have a use case where our customers were in offline area for 7-8 days and they were unable to access the app after 3-4 days What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Entire agent based workflow is very well addressed
