"Powerful tool to organize the work"
What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? It's been helpful to optimize service appointments for outside service providers as well as internal employees. What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? Maintenance plans have been complicated. What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to dispatch the right person with the right skills to the right location efficiently.

What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Its flexibility and mobile app. Also the ability to use and create scheduling policies What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service? The lack of customization in the mobile app What problems is Salesforce Field Service solving and how is that benefiting you? Appoibtment scheduling and automated scheduling. Also created a scheduling portal for a customer. And i created workplans for simplifying service processes

"Scheduler saves us so much time!!"
What do you like best about Salesforce Field Service? Lightning Scheduler saves us time - eliminating the back and forth emails that would usually occur to schedule any meetings. Now, the agents we work with can easily select day/time that works for them and they're done! What do you dislike about Salesforce Field Service?
