A sales companion that works intelligently.
PROS: Salesforce lets people in sales (like me) to concentrate on what they're good at: selling services/products. What I dislike with the sales process is doing a lot of inputting/copy-pasting manually. What's even more crazy is the amount of work that needs to be done in figuring out who you'll need to be sending reminders to and when do that at the precise moment. Salesforce tackled both these issue effeciently. In addition, their sales CRM is frequently being updated.
