Spotsaas Editor’s POV

Salesflare works best for sales teams with 1–15 people who need email-first CRM without complex customization. Before shortlisting, verify that its email sync (Gmail, Outlook only) covers your stack—it doesn't integrate with Exchange on-premises or most alternative email clients. Test the data enrichment in a demo: it pulls company info and job titles from ...Read more

Salesflare pros and cons

  • Interface requires minimal input, accessible to non-experts.

  • Automation features include auto-email tracking, contact creation, and workflows that reduce manual data entry.

  • Integrates with Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, and website forms for data syncing and management.

  • Affordable pricing with essential features tailored to SMBs, startups, and solopreneurs.

  • Limited advanced customization options might restrict more complex business use cases.

  • Absence of certain deeper features available in larger CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Great CRM for SaaS company selling B2B

What do you like best? Simple to use, easy to learn, and automates a ton of stuff if you hook it up to all the right data sources like your email and calendar. Opinionated on how the sales process should look, which helps you get a running start if it's a good fit for your business - which it will be if you're a fairly small company selling B2B, in our case a SaaS company with a team of <5 sales people. What do you dislike? I haven't found any downsides, really. As a feature ...

Simple control over your prospecting process

What do you like best? I compared all the likely suspects when looking for a new CRM, and Salesflare was the only one that seemed perfect for me. Enough functionality but not too much, great looking interface, easy to use, and of course, the automatic entry of my contacts saved me a lot of time. The price is just right as well. And the support has been amazing. You really have the feeling they are looking after you. The content they put out on the blog is excellent too - better than 90% ...

The CRM you'll actually keep up to date (because it requires so little effort)

What do you like best? CRMs all have the same features. The thing that separates a great CRM from the pack is whether or not it's easy to keep it up to date. Adding new leads, moving them through the funnel, populating fields such as deal size and expected close date. I've been using Salesflare since the early days and my CRM has never been so current. What do you dislike? Dislike is a strong word — there's nothing I dislike. I would like it if there were a way to click a little ...

Thoughtful design and very user friendly

What do you like best? It's very easy to use. It is intuitive. It is robust. And because it's so easy to use, I actually use it! What do you dislike? I don't have any major downsides with Salesflare. I have a wishlist though. And I would love to see lead scoring built in with some sophisticated automations at some point in the future. But really, as it is, it's an excellent CRM. Recommendations to others considering the product: Sign up for a trial What problems are you ...

Salesflare does everything I need in a CRM, plus features I can grow into

What do you like best? Saleflare has been very responsive to adding features that small business marketers need. Everything I need to do to create campaigns, follow up and see where things are with my leads is there. Plus there are new features coming in all the time that I can grow into. What do you dislike? When I create a new contact, I also have to create an account for that contact if I want to use it in a campaign. The extra data entry could be automated somehow, I think. ...

Saves time

What do you like best? Salesflare saves time by pulling in company data automatically. I like how it suggests contacts to follow-up and its "hotness" alerts. It's an excellent CRM for solopreneurs or SMBs. What do you dislike? There're much to like. However, unless I'm not using it correctly, I find that I must add contacts to organizations in order for interactions to be tracked. It's probably a cost saving measure. Also, the latest Outlook desktop app add-in update broke the ...

It's very handy and simple.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's very easy to use. You're able to monitor your customer's progress. You get to see the number of times a customer checks the sent e-mail. It's really easy sharing customers/contacts with colleagues. There's also a chance for the team leader to fully take control of the team members. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I'm not really known to be part of the team directly once an e-mail is sent to the customer. ...

A program that's practical and easy to use.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how you form teams with it. That way, whenever one of my members shoots an e-mail to an organization, their team leader can get on this. When a happens to not be in AIESEC any longer, their leader can still check out companies. The leader can then take over the contract. They're able to look into every e-mail being sent so any precious info won't get lost. What aspects are problematic or could work better? If an e-mail is ...
