What do you like best about SalesBlink? The platform is straightforward to use, and setup is a breeze. Email search and company search is a fantastic addition. Terrible support and buggy software

I concur with the people leaving negative reviews. This software is full of bugs and their tech support is the WORST. They ignore your emails explaining the issue and you simply cannot use the software. They claimed my support ticket went to spam which is why they took 3 weeks to respond. Of course, the response was just an acklowdgement of the problem but they never responded again and didn't fix it. Don't sell a product if you can provide support. They claim they will get back to you ...

I hate giving a bad review as I know companies change for the better. I’ve used this software for more than a year now and it’s just getting worse:1. Super hard to use2. Full of bugs: I used their “mail validation” system, I sent emails to all the ones it had marked as “safe” and then in the campaign of 500 emails it only sent 200. 300 were marked as “error”3.
