"Newb experience"

What do you like best about sales-i? I like the ease of use best. Finding information on my customers isn't difficult when using sales-I. It's definitely better than using a notepad and having to go back to try and dig up information from a visit. What do you dislike about sales-i? I don't like that my new customers don't show up until they purchase something. It makes it difficult to do my daily reports if they aren't there.
