What do you like best? Sailthru is a smaller ESP that has always offered exemplary customer support. I typically have received same day support for any issues I have had. What do you like best? Simplicity of email automation. This is the most valuable asset right now. What do you dislike? Great, but slow

What do you like best? Sailthru is really user-friendly and intuitive. It's easy to add and edit content (for the most part), and the data about mailings (clicks, opens, etc.) are great and accessible. What do you dislike? My biggest complaint is how slow each page is to load. Sometimes it will take up to 30 seconds (or longer!) for drop-down menus to appear, images to reload, previews to load, etc. It's almost frustrating enough to not use Saithru at all. What do you like best? I love that Sailthru now has a feature where you can send out messaging when people are most likely to open it. I use Sailthru for internal global communications, so it's nice to know that we're not accidentally sending emails to India in the middle of the night, just so we can reach employees in LA during their business hours.
